Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inside sales calls
• Sales functions with internal and external customers and outside sales people
• Assist customers accurately and efficiently
• Respond quickly to customer needs
• Manage inventory levels accurately and efficiently
• Responsible for ordering/acquiring all conveyor components by delivery deadlines
• Assists with any other parts room duties as required by Parts Manager
• Maintain confidential and proprietary information essential for business operations
• Requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness, and in a safe manner
• Requires confidentiality regarding proprietary information as well as accuracy in various aspects of business such as, financial, sales, quotes, prices, or design

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have excellent phone skills/etiquette
• Places high priority on maintaining vendor relationships
• Must have excellent organization and prioritizing skills
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications, computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must
• Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently between multiple departments
• Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work weekends as needed
• Must be willing to be on the on call rotation as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
