Gator Roofing and Restoration is a leading roofing company, local to Denham Springs, serving the Greater Baton Rouge Area. We specialize in providing new roofs for both insurance and cash-based jobs.

Job Purpose:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact with our clients and play a crucial role in securing roofing contracts. Your mission is to build relationships, identify roofing needs, and facilitate the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, both homeowners and businesses.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of roofs, identifying repair or replacement needs.
• Provide detailed information about our roofing services and solutions.
• Present and explain roofing estimates and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Generate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their roofing needs and insurance claims, if applicable.
• Achieve sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with CRM software and mobile apps.
• Physical ability to safely access and inspect roofs (no work required on the roof).
• A working and reliable vehicle owned by the applicant.

Compensation: Our compensation package is competitive and offers higher upfront payments of 13% commission for all checks turned in for a roofing trade. This percentage is 30-50% higher than the average in our area.

Advancement opportunities include becoming a Sales Manager and earning a percentage of your team's sales or taking on the role of Claims Manager, assisting with insurance claims processes.

Location: Denham Springs, serving the Greater Baton Rouge Area.

Work Schedule:

• 4-8 hours a day dedicated to lead generation.
• Approximately 4 hour of office work weekly.

Selling Point: While this role primarily involves door-to-door sales, the potential to network and build referral relationships can quickly transform an average income into a six-figure one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
