Full description of the position

The Ainsley Search Group has a Customer Service Specialist opening for a Global Chemicals Manufacturing Company located in Chester County. The ideal candidates should have experience in handling customer incoming calls regarding product, pricing, sales orders, process PO for customer orders, and coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, warehouse and suppliers to fulfill customer orders. This is full-time, contract to hire role with positive advancement outlook and competitive hourly rate. Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of accounts and support daily PO processing, handle customer incoming calls and update customer on order processing, logistic status, manufacturing status and delivery date.

Prepare quotes for chemical products and send quotes to customer based on customer requirement, communicate with manufacturing, procurement on product pricing, availability, production lead-time, etc.

Coordinate with 3PL to initiate shipment, track shipment for both international and domestic level and inform customer on shipment and delivery date.

Resolve shipping issues (spills, damage, delay, etc) with customer in a professional manner.

Provide product information to customers, manage customer accounts and develop customer relationship and further upsell products

Create invoice and resolve billing issues with customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in business or related field

Recent work experience in high-volume, fast-paced environment such as Logistics, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Manufacturing, etc.

Ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent customer service and attention to details

Attention to details and excellent people skills.

Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.

Able to pass background check and drug test, proven track record of employment history.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary + Annual bonus

Hybrid work schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
