Title: Sales Executive

The UPA Public Adjusting firm is the nations only 501(c)(3) accredited Non-Profit Public Adjusting firm. In addition to being an industry leader in adjusting property insurance claims, we are able to provide homeowners with additional resources to help them during major catastrophes such as hurricanes, tornadoes and fires.

We focus on large-scale disaster areas and major claims, but we do handle all residential and commercial property insurance claims big or small. We are currently hiring to fill Public Adjuster openings to meet an increased demand in certain areas throughout the country.

Experience in Real Estate, Insurance Sales, Roofing, Windows and Siding Sales, Sales Management, Direct or Outside Sales is all a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Part-time and full-time openings
• Six-figure income for full-time
• Close leads (we provide leads, have programs to help generate leads also)
• Customer service skills required
• Inspect and qualify damages
• Understand property insurance policies
• Opportunity for advancement as manager or adjuster
• Flexible scheduling

Requirements and Skills

• Requires Public Adjuster License and Course Certification
• Ability to work well with customers
• Handle phone calls, emails, virtual and in-person appointments
• Virtual Company Training Course
• Virtual Adjuster Certification Course
• 90-Day Adjuster Training Period after Licensed as Sales Agent (fully-paid)
• Training is virtual classroom setting and in field
• Positive attitude a must
• Follow-up and communication skills a must
• Ability to manage own schedule/schedule with multiple parties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $88,500.00 - $215,450.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 55 per week
