Account Specialist- Entry Level Sales- Oldsmar, FL

We are searching for people who are passionate to help others find. Being a recruiting advisor includes aspects of sales, marketing, recruiting, business development and customer service. You will need to be flexible and open to learning as you work with candidates through the full hiring cycle. From start to finish, you will be supporting candidates, advising them, and connecting them to qualified roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline of new or existing professionals to introduce job opportunities and develop quality relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process- this is an entry level role
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Utilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms and our own CRM to build your own book of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)
