Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and customer satisfaction

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends

• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Willingness to travel as required
