We are looking for Polished Sales Professionals who are customer-focused team players, comfortable with luxury products, services, advanced sales, and interpersonal communication skills, those who are ready to use their sales ability along with a strategically proven, success-oriented process.

We are seeking those who want to be part of a fine art gallery in the heart of La Jolla on Prospect St. Gallery Row. Ian Ely is a highly acclaimed renowned landscape photographer who is known for his collection of images that speak through his visions.

At Ian Ely Gallery you will be trained as a Professional Sales Consultant, helping people discover the art thats perfect for them while making you a friendly expect for our gallery visitors and our seasoned collectors. Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience preferably in an art or luxury retail setting.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• College degree is preferable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of and appreciation for Fine Art.
• Experience in customer relations is recommended.
• Positive/Approachable attitude.
• Professional appearance.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrable success in closing sales in an art gallery or other luxury goods retail environment.
• Ability to excel in a commission-based setting.

Salary information:

• Hourly / Commission + Bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to a true six-figure income potential.
