Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Staffing Outside Sales Representative to fill an entry-level role within our company in the Cincinnati Area!

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Inside Sales
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Strong Business to Business skills
• High Energy
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Compensation: $40-46 K Base + Commission. The commission is not capped.

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• Up to 50% travel

Experience:

• Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cincinnati, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
