John Deere Construction Equipment Dealership with multiple locations serving Southern California, Nevada and Idaho is looking for a Finance Sales Coordinator for our Meridian, Idaho location.
Title: Finance Sales Coordinator
Reporting to: Branch Controller
Job Responsibilities:
Financing General
- TValue calculations and amortization schedules based on salesman request
- Knowledge of all current Financing bulletins within John Deere
- Provide knowledge on JDQuote Finance tab, ensure correct financing & leasing options are chosen
- Coastlines 85% of JDs residual
- Answer any Sales Reps. question on financing options and if customer can get financed
- Walk Sales Reps. through RPO conversions
- Submit for residual exceptions to JD Asset management
- Main contact for John Deere Financial
- Any questions related to customers account
- Setting up auto-payment
- Helping with discrepancies between customer and JDF
Submit Finance Deals under Ceres
- Make sure JDF Credit app. is filled out correctly
- Providing Deere with appropriate information for the deals
- Working with customers for information needed
- Working with salesman for information needed
- Monitor deals until approved
- Working with JDF Credit Analyst
Prepare Documents for Salesman to get customer signature on
- E-signatures through CERES
- Provide expertise to Sales Reps. about E-signature in JDQuote
Review Docs after turned in by sales reps/Whitney
- Make sure all paperwork is done correctly
- Signed Purchase Order, collect shippers with correct dates and signatures
- Down Payment check is correct and copy with the sales files
- Collect and Submit First payment if applicable
- Maintain Copies of documents needed with files and ones needing to be confidential
- Overnight signed finance documents.
- Coordinate with Parts department to get loan documents out in timely manner and with A/P to get coded correctly for charges incurred.
Networking with Lending Institutions/Banks to be able to finance customer with other Outside sources
Receive whole goods invoices
- John Deere Invoice
- Whole goods Vendors
- Post Discounts (if applicable)
- Swap out attachments into options (Coupler, thumbs, Hyd Kits)
- Work with Inventory Manager on correct cost to take-off attachments
- Monitor on-order attachments. Invoice out of EQUIP if sold with previous deal
- Make accounting accruals match up for attachments
- If Deere branded, settle in JDSET and take appropriate discount
Power Plan
- Submit credit applications to Power Plan for approval
- Get in contact with customer on credit limit approved
- Work with Service department/Sales department on submitting a deal to Power Plan
- Contact customer to go over details of credit plan options for payment
RPOs
- Monitor RPOs for correct attachments, billings and correct settlement dates
- Kaley creates RPO contracts and performs monthly billing-Take over if she is out
- Reverse any RPO invoice the sales rep. needs.
- Close out RPO contracts so the unit can be invoiced
Lease Maturities
- Contact Sales Rep. to find out what customers intentions are
- If financed, gather financing payments and get to sales rep/customer
- If unit return to JDF, request storage receipt from JDF
- Storage receipt to Sever/Jerome Service to be filled out and returned to Matured Lease Sales Manager
- Receive Evaluation with invoice JDF will send customer for repairs on lease return
- Contact sales rep to see if there are any discrepancies

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in finance / Accounting or any other related field.
- Possess good communication skills oral and written.
- Work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
- Shall always demonstrate a cooperative behavior with Sales, Service, Rental Departments, fellow colleagues and managers.
- Good Organizational skills and computer skills need to be broad.
- Possess physical ability to perform phone conversations (normal speaking and hearing)
- Experience with software, computers, and office equipment.
