Candidates will have a base salary of $40,000 with the opportunity to make up to an additional $7,000 - $10,000 in commissions.
Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Sales: Promote and sell Allstate insurance products, including home, auto, life, and more.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
Requirements
Candidate must be able to commute to office 2-3 times per week.
Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses (state-specific requirements apply).
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
