Position Summary

Sales Representative is an entry level position that focuses on the movement of commodities from one city to another

anywhere in North America. FSL sellers are responsible for your accounts from start to finish. As a sales representative,

you will be prospecting customers, negotiating rates, and developing long term relationships. Youll own your accounts

from start to finish.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospect potential customers through cold-calling and email outreach
• Establish and build relationships and communicate effectively with team members, customers, and carriers
• Facilitate and Onboard quality carriers to ensure the company is able to execute according to our customers

shipping requirements

• Procure competitive market rates by negotiating pricing with carriers on both the spot and contracted levels on

daily orders

• Work collaboratively with customer and carrier sales to ensure pick up / delivery appointments reflect carrier

and customer commitment

• Maintain and deepen relationships with partners to grow the business
• Maintain individual production KPIs
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly feedback to the sales and service teams regarding target lanes for new orders

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or higher (Prefer Associates or Bachelors degree)
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service
• Prefer understanding of transportation industry
