Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Analyst will play a key support role in optimizing and streamlining our commercial processes, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC) management. This position will serve as a SalesForce system expert and work across all business groups to identify and drive improvements and determine related KPIs. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in process optimization, tool management, and change management.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Build deep understanding of existing Sales and Marketing current process.
- Develop, plan and facilitate sessions with cross-BG teams to understand business requirements to design and implement standard processes.
- Manage and lead global Salesforce (SFDC) enhancements to ensure effective usage, value creation and alignment with business needs.
- Implement and drive improvements to existing processes, tools, and systems to enable commercial team members and drive stronger sales & profitability focus.
- Conduct regular assessments of commercial operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead change management initiatives related to process optimization and tool implementations.
- Support BG team members in developing training material for new processes and tools.
- Generate reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial operations.
- Work closely with HR for continuous improvement and management of the training calendar and creation of a global platform for commercial learning.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- A Bachelors Degree in business or administrative related studies or equivalent degree
- Excel knowledge and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
- 1+ years experience working with SFDC, and other complex information systems
- The ability to successfully navigate ambiguous situations
- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all level of the business on a global basis.
