Single Point Carrier Services is a Factoring & Logistics company for small to medium size trucking companies. This role is an integral part of the factoring division and responsible for servicing a portfolio of clients. In this role you work directly with clients to ensure the company's products or services are delivered with exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will possess an outgoing, dynamic personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Some of the responsibilities of this job includes:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, establishing strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives.
• Enter invoice data into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and verify accuracy of invoices, ensuring they comply with established policies and procedures.
• Contact debtors with overdue balances via phone, email, and written correspondence to help resolve outstanding issues.
• Confirm that all supporting documentation is complete and attached to each invoice.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of data entry efficiently.
• Adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

• Job Requirements:
• 3 years experience required
• Knowledge of billing transactions and the transportation industry preferred
