Full description of the position

Well established Property Management company looking for a full time, year-round experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Candidate must have a clean driving record and valid Colorado drivers license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet client and employer standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients

  • Competent in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical and HVAC

Job Type: Full-time
