We are hiring a Customer Service and Sales Associate to add to our client services and sales department. We provide paid initial training and ongoing sales training and growth for every employee. Individuals hired for the Customer Service and Sales Associate role will also be able to work with our passionate sales teams in a fun, energetic, and positive work atmosphere. Customer Service and Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers directly to showcase the full spectrum of our cutting-edge telecommunication products and service offerings
• Follow a schedule and greet customers in a professional manner to close sales, exceed revenue goals, and create brand awareness for our clients
• Collaborate with the account and sales team to implement better strategies for assessing client needs in person
• Engage with customers and complete forms after each encounter to determine common consumer feedback or questions
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and adhere to all client compliance rules
• Engage in daily and weekly team meetings with the sales teams to stay current on sales goals

Customer Service and Sales Associate Requirements We Look For:

• Experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, direct sales, or client relations
• Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Confidence in working independently and as a team player
• Ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
