As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners who are looking to upgrade their living spaces with our amazing products. Your job will be to help them schedule their free in-home consultation and earn some cash while making a positive impact. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15 and up per hour, depending on experience, plus commission, which is an average of $1[please apply online] monthly starting.

Don't worry if you're new to this, we'll provide you with all the training you need to become successful in this role. You'll be handling incoming calls as well as contacting homeowners by telephone to set up qualified appointments for free consultations. Your role also includes delivering a scripted pitch, handling objections and questions, obtaining the homeowner's contact information, inputting appointment details, and notating important details of the conversation.

To qualify, all you need is relevant work experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, or promotions, basic computer knowledge, great communication skills, active listening skills, persuasiveness, basic math skills, and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time job with Monday-Saturday hours and rotating weekends off. You'll have Sundays and holidays off to spend time with your loved ones.
