Established car dealership is looking to add a Sales Leader to the team

Sales Manager Rewards:

Sales Manager Responsiblities:
Meet monthly vehicle sales goal
Ensure customers are contacted in person, by phone, or by electronic or other means using CRM and software tools, with the purpose of qualifying customer prospects on a vehicle that fits their needs and means
Ensure all customers are properly greeted and qualified and proficiently worked using verbal communication skills and the credit application process to determine qualifying job and residence time, down payment, car payment expectations, and submit applications and obtain approvals that correspond to customer profile
Ensure customer sales documents are complete, accurate and comply with all regulations
Ensure funding packages are complete all deals are promptly funded through lending institution
Assist management in new unit acquisition through online buying and in person wholesale auctions as necessary
Assist with the wholesaling and liquidation of non-retail ready units and lower quality trade-ins
Ensure vehicles are cleaned and fully reconditioned by working with local mechanic shops and vendors
Assist with and resolve post-sale customer concerns ensuring prompt resolution, working with them on Limited

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Automotive management: 3 years (Preferred)
