Join Bee Window, INC, a legacy in the home improvement industry for over four decades, spanning Indiana and Southwest Michigan. We're on the lookout for a dedicated, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to spearhead our sales expansion!

Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Outside Sales

Your Role:

  • Present our premier products and services to new and existing customers through in-home leads.
  • Manage up to 3 pre-qualified leads daily for optimal sales opportunities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and conference calls to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to guide and support our existing sales team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of college education (preferably a 4-year degree) or 5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • 1 year of In-home sales experience or 2 years of Direct sales experience
  • Ability to influence decision-making and deliver results within a brief sales cycle.
  • Exceptional professional presentation skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Driven by the motivation to achieve a high six-figure income annually.
  • Familiarity with iPad usage and associated software.
  • While not mandatory, proficiency in design software would be advantageous.
