Job Description

The Sales Support Representative at Virtual Packaging works directly with assigned sales representatives and customers. This role is critical to enhancing the firms reputation for responsiveness and attention to detail. Primarily, this role entails forming a close-knit relationship with sales, and interfacing with production to ensure all orders are on track and/or sales or customers are made aware of any issues in a timely manner. The Sales Support Representative assumes ownership of orders once they are approved for entry into proofing and production.

Responsibilities Include:

• Routing estimate requests and new sales orders.
• Support assigned sales representatives with daily status updates.
• Ensure appropriate sign-off or delivery of proofs, prototypes and completed projects
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Act as liaison between sales and production, communicating deadlines and status.
• Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
• Analyze and identify new solutions that help us develop better responsiveness and/or quality of product.
• Maintain customer and sales confidence with accurate and timely information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma is required
• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel, or Google Workspace
• Excellent motivational skills, works well with a team but also a self-starter
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
