Extension is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Provide support to team of Field Sales Representatives with quoting, order entry and administrative project needs
• Serve as point of contact between Sales team and customer - assist with issues or problems throughout sale and after
• Coordinate activities between Manufacturing, Engineering, Service and Accounting teams

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma + previous manufacturing customer service or sales support experience
• Excellent time management, organization and ability to work within fast-paced environment required
• Must be collaborative and have excellent customer service

Salary Information

• $24 - $26/hour
