***** PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS *****

• Responsible for cold calling into leads lists
• Setting new appointments for Outside Sales Team
• Use related tools and technologies to research sales leads and opportunities
• Prospecting and qualifying new sale opportunities
• Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM in a timely manner
• Work through a daily list of sales activities in the CRM

***** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES REQUIRED *****

• The following tools are used every day: Connectwise, Contact Science, Windows 10
• Great communication skills
• A quick wit to overcome sales barriers
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of activity details
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment

***** EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE *****

• BA/BS required
• Cold Calling Experience required
• MSP, ISP, or Telco Sales Experience required
