DaBella is seeking a National Sales Trainer to help further our mission of expanding and transforming the Home Improvement industry! We are looking for a professional sales trainer, one that has read every sales book they could find, one that subscribes to sales podcasts, and one that takes pride in building their success through others.
Your main responsibility as a National Sales Trainer is to be a specialist in developing and overseeing DaBellas* Sales Educational Program*. The mission is to drive results by increasing effectiveness of training and building new or improving on established curriculums of the sales process.

Schedule: Monday Friday (Full-time)
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 yearly + bonus plan
Reports directly to Regional Sales Manager & Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:*
- Create best-in-class sales training curriculum that drives retention and sales rep efficiency post training.
- Create training curriculum for continued education.
- Gather, analyze, and report on key training metrics to executive leadership team.
- Monitor, track, and optimize effectiveness of sales training program.
- Hire, train, and manage a group of first-level market trainers.
- Conduct initial sales training and secondary sales training.
- Attending service appointments for DaBella customers to evaluate sales trainees.
- Update and maintain sales presentation tools to set all market trainers and new hires up for success.
- Drive a result to increase the headcount of sales team members nationwide* and contribute to the growth *of the next generation of general managers
- Collaborate with the HR department including recruiting regarding onboarding, terminations, and ongoing training opportunities
- Be able to train the future leaders on skill set and leadership concepts
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in education, training, coaching, or instructing.
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
- Passionate about self-growth and investment into others
- Flexibility and ability to travel when needed.
- Valid drivers license.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and / or Access).

What an ideal candidate would bring to this position:*
- Proven experience in leading a team and influencing others outside of own department such as directors and C-suite.
- Learning & Development programs from prior employment experience. (preferred).
- Have a systemic method of developing, crafting, and training a sales training program.
