Founded in 1911 Holbrook Lumber has built a century plus reputation for bringing the finest building materials to the retail dealer marketplace is seeking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support the outside sales force by handling phone and electronic sales utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills.

This Inside Sales Representative role will be responsible for selling our full line of building products within Holbrooks customer channel by performing the following duties:

• support the outside sales force by handling an existing customer base and a network of prospects
• handling inbound sales lead calls to convert into sales
• quote prices and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained
• providing outstanding customer service
• investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries
• ability to build relationships and close business over the telephone

Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and be willing to work as part of a sales team. Requires professional and confident telephone skills. Proficient keyboarding and computer skills also required. We are looking for one to three years of sales or telemarketing experience and/or a combination of education and experience. Experience in the lumber and building material industry preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
