We are the largest Zillow Sales Team in the NYC area looking add agents asap. Please demonstrate you can follow instructions and read fully before reaching out.

Requirements

• Vehicle
• Full time availably
• MUST Know the Oakland area in Queens. Specifically the 11364 zip code (these are the clients/leads we will provide you with)
• Speaking/Understanding of Mandarin. Most all of the clients primarily speak Mandarin with limited English.
• NYS real estate license
• Prior real estate experience in rentals or sales (possible exception made for no RE experience if you want to learn, have relevant experience in another field like acting, bartending/restaurant , customer service problem solving, car sales etc)
• Desire to be part of a growing real estate sales TEAM partnering with a very experienced agent on the team for the 11346 zip code
• Computer/internet/online/phone app everything proficient or can easily learn
• Real estate agents are 1099 independent contractors

Responsibilities include but not limited too:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Guide clients through the negotiation process to achieve favorable terms
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and contracts accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and amenities

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other necessary documentation
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions
- Negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests during the buying or selling process

Est pay range around $50,000 to $100,000+
