We are one of the FASTEST growing independent auto retailer in the ILLINOIS area. Available openings for immediate hire a self-motivated, team player, results driven Sales Assistant with a positive attitude. Spanish bilingual, sales experience, automotive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email on our website.
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Receive all inbound sales calls and coordinate schedules of sales people and appointments.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

-Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers

-Daily knowledge of used car inventory

-Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models

-Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources

-Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met

-Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations

-Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales

-Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

-Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

-Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:

-Sales experience (preferably in the automotive industry)

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Familiarity with automotive financing

-Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor

-Excellent time management and organizational abilities

-Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

-Technical sales experience is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

• EXPERIENCE IN CAR INDUSTRY IS A MUST.
• Internet Sales experience a PLUS!
• Excellent writing and typing skills.
• Must have the drive, passion and confidence to be successful.
• A desire and ability to work in a performance and process driven environment.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Strong organizational and time management.
• Computer Literacy is a MUST.

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus
• Performance bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
