Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join their team in South Jordan, UT as a full-time Benefits Producer. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are excited about growing their sales portfolio while helping businesses and employees do better.

This position comes with the potential to earn a competitive salary, with expected on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $100,000 to $150,000.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

The typical schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing your own book of business and growing it through full-cycle sales processes. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be accountable for meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas. If you are ready to take on the challenge of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, this position is for you.

5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success

3+ years of proven industry experience selling benefits

Experience growing a book of business

Solid network to help expand business

Ability to travel onsite daily
