The Marketing Referral Coordinator will support our field liaisons to drive growth in admissions for our home health and hospice services. You'll focus on meeting customer needs, building referral source relationships, processing referrals, and ensuring compliance. Leverage your prior experience to develop sales strategies aligning with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support field liaisons in driving admissions growth.
• Educate medical professionals about Connected's services.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate patient care efficiently.
• Maintain community relationships and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare services.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to accommodate customer schedules.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Reliable transportation for travel as needed.
