Mobile Service Sales Representative will be responsible for selling mobile service as well as local service departments abilities to customer region.

Mobile Service Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote all service capabilities to potential customers as it pertains to mobile, body shop, and in shop services.
  • Identify potential accounts and secure company-wide relationships with them.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product warranty coverage and be capable of informing customers of applicable coverages.
  • Check OEM databases for any applicable campaigns, updates or upgrades on all upcoming scheduled services.
  • Prepare service quotes when needed and secure customers authorization for the quoted repairs.
  • Inform Service Manager of potential problem areas and/or customer concerns.
  • Perform onsite sales training of service personnel on new programs/processes.
  • Promote extended warranty sales.
  • Assist in the effort to manage and maintain the efficiency, professionalism and profitability of the mobile service division.
  • Perform sales training to local service shop personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Mobile Service Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Two Year vocational certificate is ideal
  • Two to four years of experience within a service dealership
  • Travel up to 60%
  • This position has close contact with customers, other departments and works closely with the department management to efficiently address customers needs and requests
  • Must be confident with outside sales
  • Ability to make and nurture long lasting business relationships
