R2 Energy is a privately owned & operated energy broker firm that works directly with a portfolio of energy suppliers across the state for natural gas & electric. Our focus is to educate small- large industrial sized businesses on their commercial energy options, while providing them with price protection services against unpredictable market conditions. We are ready to grow our team; as we are preparing to go through another expansion before the end of 2023.

Responsibilities Entry Level-

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, both existing and new
• Work with our sales trainers to gain a complete understanding of our products and service
• Training and development
• Sales presentations
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Conduct weekly meetings
• Develop long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
• Develop an understanding of the customers needs based on their history and current business conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven, yet enjoys being part of a team
• Team player
• Customer service
