```Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong passion to help families financially. !!! NO COLD CALLING!!! A complete training system and process is in place for all individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Communicate with clients to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to find the best coverage options
- Process policy applications and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals

Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Commission

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
