Opportunity:

We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in this role. As a Roofing Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include door-to-door sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods, prospecting, inspecting roofs, and selling insurance-funded replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
• Prospect and generate leads
• Inspect roofs for damage and estimate repair costs
• Sell insurance-funded roof replacements
• Maintain open communication with customers and team members
• Utilize our intuitive online dashboard for efficient workflow management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within specific markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Basic understanding of roofing systems and insurance claims process is a plus, but not required

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

• Round Rock, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
