Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment

Qualifications:

-Bilingual. You need to speak and write in English and Spanish

-Bachelor or higher
- Previous experience in sales and Customer Service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts and totals using retail math principles
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
