Inside Sales Specialist $20-$25 DOE
Location: Menifee, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm (some flexibility) Temp to Hire

Overview of Position:

This position requires a broad knowledge of sales functions, including accounting processes to perform Account Management. Analyze pricing data, sales history, import tariff data, etc. to assists and support Sales personnel. Correspond with customers regarding order status, price, delivery, technical issues, etc. Coordinate information flow with various internal departments to support customer needs.

Job Duties:

• Answers incoming calls, returns calls and follow-up regarding national accounts.
• Provides price and delivery information for quotations.
• Edits, enters and allocates new orders and change orders in CRT.
• Expedites and pre-expedites delivery schedules as needed.
• Acts as a liaison with departments such as Sales Support, Product Marketing, Order Processing, Shipping, Material Planning, Quality Control and Accounting.
• Prepares, analyzes and interprets order status and performance reports.
• Prepares and processes return material authorizations, and resolves order discrepancies.
• Verifies all confirming purchase orders and change orders.
• Prepares, posts and maintains charts and graphs of various data.
• Maintains expert knowledge of corporate agreements, policies, procedures, stock reserves, etc.
• Assists Inside Sales Manager in all items related to tariffs.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma, preferably BS in Business or similar, or relevant industry experience
• Prior Customer Service/Purchasing/Accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, ERP systems.
• MUST be highly proficient in EXCEL this is a requirement!
• Excellent Analytical Skills and mathematically minded is a must.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required.
