THIS IS A SALES/MARKETING POSITION:

CLOSED DOOR PHARMACY ( LONG TERM CARE PHARMACY )

LOOKING TO CONTRACT WITH:

HOSPICE ACCOUNTS AND LTC FACILITIES

NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO CREATE LEADS, FIND NEW AND INVENTIVE WAY TO CONVINCE COMPANIES TO SWITCH FROM CURRENT PROVIDER

EXPERINCE IN THIS FIELD IS HELPFUL

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities and generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as medical sales or Hospice sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others
- Account management experience is a plus
