What Youll Do
We are looking for results driven Sales Development Representative to evangelize, identify, and develop new business. Smartcare is seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing Small Business leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our companys sales goals are met. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Objectives of this role
Represent the companys products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
Identify best practices for refining the companys lead-generation playbook

Contact and qualify potential customers

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Other duties and special projects to support customers as assigned
Must Haves
1+ years experience in an inside sales or sales development role
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
High integrity, organized, punctual, and reliable. Must maintain a regular work schedule
Persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation excellence
Comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and engage customers
Education
Bachelors or Associates degree in marketing, business, technical or healthcare field preferred
You will be asked to show examples of prior work that is verifiable to demonstrate your sales success and value selling skills.
Position Details:
Full-time position, Remote Wisconsin based work possible for right candidate
Competitive compensation with variable compensation based on 50base/50variable structure, commensurate with experience
