Full description of the position

Glue Up is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their success with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. They should be able to work with a diverse team, as we are a growing global company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through our products and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product expertise, best practices, and strategic guidance to maximize the value of their investment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, address customer concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and drive revenue growth through contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive customer success.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business settings.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
