Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner and give tours
• Conducting consults with patients
• Educating patients on products and services
• Reviewing payment plans and pricing options with patients
• Making outbound calls and following up with marketing leads as well as answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary
• Setting up appointments and support maintenance of staff calendar
• Process payments
• Set up Clients with their procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Help maintain office supplies and inventory
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
• Communicate effectively to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions as needed
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Passion for health and wellness industry
• Willingness to assist with Patient Care, Patient Education and Medical Records

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years sales experience
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other internal systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 40 per week
