Position Location: Cape Coral, Florida
Position Overview:
Were seeking an energetic and adaptable Sales Coordinator who will directly support our Director of Sales and collaborate with other Leaders across the company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy inputting data information, developing and populating excel spreadsheets, tracking and organizing Sales information and are comfortable with technology, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Support: Manage the DOS calendar, prioritize tasks, take direction and translate that into actionable activities to ensure seamless communication with other Leaders across the Company.
Act as the primary point of contact for administrative requests of and by the DOS, realizing that you are often the first impression for strategic relationships (clients / employees)
Prioritize responsiveness. Be readily available to assist with requests regardless of when they are submitted.

- Team Coordination: Assist a small but busy National Sales Team, fostering collaboration and driving efficiencies. Support the DOS in the overall communications strategy across the business as well as coordinate planning of internal/external events, trade shows, meetings.
- Strategic Insight: Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Leaders of the Organization and their teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Adapt quickly to new software and programs. Fluency at Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word. Net Suite background is a plus.
- Organization: provide strong organizational skills to ensure the Commercial Sales Team is on and remains on task. Prepare presentations and communicate findings to management and the broader organization.

Be readily available to connect all individuals to the appropriate person for help and go out of your way to provide assistance, even if it is outside the realm of responsibility.

Assist the DOS in proactively thinking of ways to demonstrate appreciation such as recognizing birthdays, anniversaries, or a job well done.
- Facilitate strong working relationships with the leadership team. Identify and do the little things that make a big difference.

Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience providing support for senior leaders.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick turnaround.
- Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at any given time.
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
