JOB TITLE: Regional Account Manager

REPORTS TO: Regional Vice President

POSITION SUMMARY:

The overall purpose of the regional account manager position is to provide financial systems and administrative support to the facility administrators and business office managers. Oversee and manager multiple facilities at the regional level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reconciliation of Resident Trust Fund accounts
• Tracking all resident applications who apply for Medicaid assistance
• Maintenance of accounts as needed
• Continual review of outstanding balances and determining what steps to take to collect balances
• Managing 8 buildings from a regional level.
• Other duties as assigned
• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• :
• At least one (2) year of experience billing Medicaid
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

:

Have the ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

WORK SCHEDULE:

As assigned, including some weekends, evenings and holidays; non-exempt position
