Job Description

We are looking for energetic, professional real estate agents to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Whether youre fresh out of real estate school or looking to change brokerages, we provide all of the training and tools you need to be successful at no cost to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Develop networks and cooperate with appraisers, attorneys, mortgage lenders, home inspectors and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

• Real estate license
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Humble, pleasant and trustworthy
• Proven work experience in a commissioned sales environment is a plus

Training

Licensing training is reimbursed by the company.

Follow on initial training is provided.

This is a commission-only position.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
