Southwind is a leading home services company with a mission to revolutionize the industry. Our portfolio of home services, including 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, You Move Me, DreamLawn, and MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric, and Shack Shine has made us a national go-to operating partner for essential home and business services. We are seeking a driven entry level Inbound Sales Agent to join our team and work closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class customer experience.

What youll do:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding pricing, services, and availability
• Schedule and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure that their move was successful and address any concerns they may have
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that moves are scheduled and executed smoothly
• Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What youll bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Salary: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
