We're presently seeking a Channel Sales Associate to become part of our team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in aiding the formulation and implementation of channel strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding our market reach. Your responsibilities will involve fostering relationships with distribution partners, and ensuring clear communication and shared objectives. This position provides a fantastic chance for an ambitious individual to gain valuable hands-on experience in channel management within an energetic and rapidly evolving setting.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Channel Strategy Development: Assist in the formulation of channel strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and foster collaboration.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by facilitating communication with channel partners, assisting in the resolution of issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist with monitoring channel performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and programs for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of channel activities, contracts, and agreements. Generate reports and presentations to communicate channel performance and initiatives to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or channel management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with channel management principles and practices is a plus.
