Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door sales efforts and networking.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Close sales and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
