This position offers the opportunity to grow with our company by taking on additional responsibilities as able for increased compensation. With the commission structure, there is a high earning potential for successful candidates. Previous construction, building material industry, or related experience is required. We offer competitive compensation including a substantial base salary plus commissions.

The average hours per week for this position is 45. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday 7 AM to 5 PM and every other Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM.

Schoeneman Bros. Co. is a 135-year-old employee-owned building materials supply company based in Sioux Falls. We have four lumberyards located in Sioux Falls and Harrisburg, SD, and Spencer and Hawarden IA. Our customers are primarily single and multi-family home builders and commercial contractors. We also serve traditional customers.
