```Duties```

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a portfolio of properties. Your duties will include:

-Must know how to use Appfolio and excel

-Must be local to North Attleboro area as portfolio is the town

- Managing tenant relations, including addressing and resolving tenant concerns and issues
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations
- Overseeing property leasing activities, including marketing available units and screening potential tenants
- Handling rent collection and financial management for the properties
- Implementing and enforcing property policies and procedures
- Supervising property staff and vendors to ensure efficient property operations

To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:

- Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio
- Understanding of property maintenance practices and ability to coordinate maintenance activities
- Proficiency in using appfolio
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records and reports
- Ability to handle property leasing processes effectively, including lease negotiations and tenant screenings
- Proficient in conflict management to resolve disputes between tenants or with vendors
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with service providers
