The Outreach Assistant will work closely with the Business Development Manager to support outreach efforts and establish connections with insurance agents. This entry-level position involves making a high volume of calls to insurance agents as part of the outreach strategy. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge in insurance practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to execute outreach campaigns.
• Conduct a large number of phone calls to insurance agents, introducing the company's services and building relationships.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with interested agents.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
