It is not essential that you are from the construction/roofing industry, as full product training will be provided. You must, however, have a great personality, and a sales-driven attitude that aligns with our company's values. These include:

We have found there are industries that transfer well so if you are looking to graduate from car sales, phone sales, alarm systems, real estate, property management, or other related industries, we are interested.

As a part of our sales team, you will:

• Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims.
• Complete Home Inspection for damage with customer to verify exterior damage.
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.
