Full description of the position

Currently searching for experienced Leasing Consultants in the Oxon Hill area for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales, leasing or customer service role. Spanish speaking required. Must be able to work weekends and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities of the Experienced Leasing Consultant

  • Provides top notch customer service for prospective residents and current residents
  • Leads tours of the community showing vacant apartment homes and showcasing amenities with the goal of closing a sale
  • Contacts and tracks all internet leads, referrals and walk-ins
  • Prepares and processes lease applications
  • Organizational skills a must
  • Collects rental payments from residents each month

Requirements of the Experienced Leasing Consultant

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales, leasing or customer service role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent follow up and follow through skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, gmail and exposure to social media
  • Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
  • Spanish speaking required!
