Responsibilities & Duties:

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Processing refunds and exchanges
• Processing payment
• Assist customers in store and via phone
• Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
• Following up in order to prevent delay and frustration
• Works independently or with minimal supervision
• May occasionally visit customers
• Cold calling (on phone)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Energetic Personality
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly are a must
• Must be computer literate
• Netsuite is a plus
• Speak Spanish and English fluently

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Foodservice experience a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Work in a non temp controlled environment.
• Lift 50 lbs
• Stand for long periods of time
• Available to work Saturdays
• Occasionally do an onsite visit within 30 miles of store

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
