We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Loan Specialist to join our business lenders team! This is a great ENTRY level opportunity for someone looking to get their start in the fast-paced and rewarding field of Finance.

As a Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for helping our clients secure the funding they need to grow their businesses. You will be part of a team that works to identify the best possible funding solutions for our customers by taking applications & business bank statements. This position includes both outbound/inbound calls and youll be compensated with a competitive hourly wage and commission.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and customer service skills. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, as our team is always looking for ways to improve our processes and services.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate/GED
• Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, energetic and professional behavior
• Demonstrated comfort operating in fast paced environments with performance metrics.
• Dedication for providing positive experiences for our customers and with co-workers
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver able to follow defined processes but exercise independent judgment
• Excellent verbal skills with basic computer literacy and ability to muti-task by speaking on the phone, texting and emailing
• Able to excel in a fast pace and active environment
• Confidential and respectful of the privacy and security of confidential information about our guests and company
• No License needed
• NO remote, must be located in Orlando and be able to attend an in person interview
• Teachable, dependable, take direction, ability to handle rejection, & money motivated.
• Ability to adjust and thrive while we grow

This incentive pay plan is designed to reward employees for generating qualified clients.

There is no Cap on commission 26k-60k is average but you will have the ability to make more with increased base pay through time as well as increased commission with experience.

Base Salary:

Base salary will be determined by the employees experience and skill set.

Commission:

Commission will be based on the total number of qualified clients generated each month.

A qualified client is defined as a client that has been approved for the desired service.

Commission rate will be determined by the employees performance in generating qualified clients.

If an employee generates more than the expected number of qualified clients, they will receive a higher commission rate.

If an employee generates fewer than the expected number of qualified clients, they will receive a lower commission rate.

-Training pay with ability to graduate training based on your production plus bonuses

-Base pay plus commission and can be increased based on experience

-Willing to read a script in the prescreen interview
